Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mrs. Hardy is a key member of the executive management team and oversees all legal services and corporate governance matters, as well as, risk and insurance, privacy and records management. Mrs. Hardy joined Cadillac Fairview in 1996 as Vice President, Legal and has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Mrs. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Carleton University and an LL.B. from The University of Victoria. Mrs. Hardy is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
